Make sure to include your idea in-full; no spitballing! Add-ons not mentioned before payment will not be added.
Please note that my style might vary slightly between pieces. I use commissions as an excuse to experiment and grow as an artist!
Character design is a major passion of mine! I can design characters from mood boards, descriptions, or good ole' reference images.
Turn-Around Time
Except in the case of commissions with established deadlines, most commissions will take me anywhere between 2-3 weeks, to 2-3 months. There can be exceptions, especially with more complex commissions!I will update each commissioner a minimum of once per month, but if you'd ever like an update outside of that, please feel free to reach out! I'll get back to you as soon as possible :)I am a college student, so I do have educational obligations. I greatly appreciate your patience and understanding!

Refunds
All commissions are eligible for some manner of refund 5 months after payment is made:
Full Refund if I have not started working on your commission.
Partial Refund if I have started working on your commission.

I will not begin working on a commission until payment has been made in-full, or established through a payment plan (up to 3 months).

What's with the watermarks?
You'll notice that lot of pieces in the gallery below have my old watermarks... please forgive my laziness! Over the past few years, I've changed my username a lot before finally settling on seraphgrim. Unfortunately, that's a very annoying factor of my struggle with OCD! Hopefully in the future when I have some time, I can correct these.
